Hotel Xanadu is Kubik’s first commercial development project and we were appointed to develop the Old Orleans Restaurant in Ealing. The building has been taken over by a private client, and features 46 rooms and 2 executive suites over five floors.

With views over The Green and the rooftops of West London accessible from the glass paneled lift on the corner of the building and many bespoke interiors added, Kubik completed the entire fitting and furnishing of all bedrooms within the hotel and its restaurant, Koobla, located downstairs.
