Parkside Gardens is one of Wimbledon’s prettiest tree lined streets with rows of detached “Village Style” houses. In 2005 Kubik took hold of a derelict building and in just over a year, had converted the three flat building into a large residential home. Externally it was sensitive to its original architectural style, and so restored to its “Village Style” façade. In contrast to this, it was refurbished to the highest standards of modern design with walnut hardwood flooring, bespoke ceramic kitchen and architecturally sculptured staircase. A large extension was added to the rear with glass sliding doors onto the landscaped garden.
